What This Program Is
At-Home Level 1 is a 4-week at-home training program designed to build a strong foundation without overcomplicating things.
How Training Is Delivered
All training is delivered entirely by text message. You’ll receive your workouts via SMS on training days — no app to download, no dashboard to manage. Each session is clear, repeatable, and designed to fit into real schedules and real living spaces.
Training Focus
The program emphasizes unilateral strength, core control, and efficient movement patterns that carry over to everyday life and athletic performance. Exercises repeat week to week so you’re not constantly learning new movements — you’re refining positions, improving execution, and building capacity over time.
Weekly Structure
You’ll train four days per week using mostly bodyweight and minimal equipment. Progress comes from better movement quality, increased reps, longer holds, and stronger intent — not from chasing novelty.
Why This Is Level 1
This is considered a Level 1 program because the focus is on mastering positions, developing control, and introducing elastic movement safely. The goal is to prepare your body for more demanding training, not rush the process.
Where This Leads
At-Home Level 1 is designed to stand on its own, but it also sets you up for progression into more advanced at-home or gym-based programs within the O.ATH system once this phase is complete.
